Very nice people, they were over all very pleasant to deal with, however: -Original work failed permit inspection and barely passed second inspection, inspector at second inspection advised using different contractor in the future. -A few issues I ended up fixing myself after being frustrated with original work, attention to detail was absent. -Final invoice was a few hundred dollars above quoted amount, I am flexible with the quoted amount but this was a surprise. -Overall questionable quality Read more

Friendly and knowledgable. I wanted to renovate my ensuite including a new tiled shower. I got some outrageous quotes from some contractors but then called the Neighbourhood Plumber. He gave me a lot of ideas as far as the planning and gave me a few options and prices. I was sold on having a rain head alongside a hand held wand and normal shower head with a diverter to operate them individually or have the all on at once !!! It turned out awesome !
