I have dined in many of Toronto's sushi bars and restaurants, and nowhere have I encountered such speedy service and excellent quality sushi as I have found in Ginza. Even something so simple as the rice is nothing less than sublime. Ginza Sushi is the only place I would ever consider when craving quality sushi.
