Very pleasant and professional people. The dental hygienist did not use scented products or perfumes, which is wonderful for a person like me with scent sensitivities. Dr. Jeffery was very respectful to the hygienist and to me. He did not try to push expensive procedures, and even told me the expensive procedures were not necessary (another dentist had tried to push expensive procedures on me, so this was a refreshing change). I trust Dr. Diener! I was in recently to discuss having my mercury containing (silver) filling taken out. Rather than going ahead with this and simply taking my money, Dr. Diener explained to me that my filling is safe and strong and that removing the filling would put me at greater exposure to mercury than leaving it alone. Also the replacement would expose me to formaldehyde! The tiny amount of mercury we may receive from mostly inert fillings is less than the amount we ingest / inhale daily! Read more
