This restaurant used to be corporately run and the quality and customer service wasn't the best. Over the last couple of years it has become a franchise and the food and service is great. At this Swiss Chalet it's like the commercials says, "taste it once, love it forever."

I'm thinking a competitor wrote the review Small and Thin. Why else would they say they aren't good? I have been going there for years and they have the best fish and chips I have ever eaten. If they aren't a competitor, they should go back and try them again. They don't know what the're missing.
