stuff falling all over the place, very messy store. Asked an associate where an item was and was told on the back wall of surplus, which was a huge mess. Will not come back, also noticed alot of team members on their personal cell phone devices. Finally found help when a lady with a dirty high visibility jacket said she worked in the back and would go look for me, she was also very snotty
First time customer. Ordered a product for pick up. 9 in stock. Order was cancelled due to availability. No "We'll ship one to the store for you". Still 3 available at the time of cancellation (five hours after order was placed).
