I came in to order a part and received a printed quotation. I went back home to verify the correct part. I called in later the same day to order the part and they would not honor their original quote despite the fact I sent in the printed quotation to verify my quoted price.

This is not great customer service in my estimation, especially over $25. It surprises me that they would so quickly pass up on a potential long term customer that uses a myriad of small engine equipment.
